Delete your account or your data

How to delete your Brivium account, how to delete individual records without closing your account, and exactly what is removed and what is kept.

Last updated: August 5, 2026

1. Delete your whole account

You can do this yourself, in the app, without contacting us.

In the Brivium app (Android or iPhone): open Menu, tap Account, scroll to the bottom and choose Delete account. You will be asked to confirm.

On the web: sign in at briviumapp.com/app/account and use Delete account at the bottom of the page.

By email: if you cannot sign in, write to support@briviumapp.com from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We may ask you to confirm ownership before we act.

2. Delete some of your data without closing your account

You do not have to delete your account to remove information from it. Inside the app you can delete individual customers, quotes, invoices, jobs, tasks, photos, files, notes and message threads. Deleting a customer removes the records filed under that customer.

For anything you cannot remove yourself, email support@briviumapp.com and tell us which records you want deleted. We will confirm when it is done.

3. What gets deleted

Deleting your account removes your account record and profile along with your workspace data: customers, quotes, invoices, jobs, tasks, messages, call history, notes, uploaded files and photos, and your company details.

4. What is kept, and for how long

We do not keep everything forever, and we will not pretend the delete is more absolute than it is.

Backups and logs: residual copies can persist in encrypted backups and system logs for a limited period before they age out, as described in Section 15 of the Privacy Policy.

Records we are required to retain: billing, tax, telephony and messaging compliance records are kept where the law requires it, regardless of deletion.

Service providers: where a provider holds a copy on our behalf, we request deletion from them on the platforms that support it.

5. Your subscription is separate

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription billed by an app store. If you subscribed through Google Play, cancel it in Play Store, Subscriptions. If you subscribed through the App Store, cancel it in your Apple subscription settings. If you subscribed on the web, cancel from the Plan page before deleting.

Delete the account without cancelling and the store will keep charging you.

6. If you are on someone else's team

If you were invited to a workspace by an employer, deleting your Brivium account removes your user, not their company. Their customers, jobs and invoices belong to the workspace owner. Ask the owner to remove you from the team if you only want to leave.
